On June 10-11, Romanian Prime Minister Victor Ponta met with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin. Mr. Ponta aimed at "resuming the relations" between Romania and Germany after the year 2012 "brought a break in bilateral relations in the context of the political crisis in Romania."
